If you come from Milan or Genoa (motorway A21), take the exit 'Asti-Est' and follow the signs for Alba, then head for Barolo and then Monforte.

If you come from Turin (motorway A6), take the exit 'Marene' and follow the signs for Bra, La Morra, Castiglione, Falletto and finally Monforte.
